R9 280x 3 GB or HD 7970 3 GB

I could really use some help. Battlefield 4 just came out and I'm running it with an AMD FX 8350 4 GHZ, 8 GB RAM and an GTX 650 :<. It's very playable at the lowest settings and 1080p (70 fps+) but I think it's time for a new GPU upgrade since the next gen games are starting to come out in the near future. So i've been looking around for a new GPU lately and I wanted to get an GTX 760 4 GB but I decided to go with an AMD card swell since I will be playing BF4 and the Mantle update. And I'm not sure if I should go with the 280x or 7970. They are quite similar from what I've seen. Both cost around 350-400 dollars here in Sweden so I take the one I want but I could use some help from some experts around here

There are multiple versions of the 280x as you can see but the pricier they get the higher Mhz they have.

Well it looks like you get the extra games with the 7970 so I would go with that.

Get whatever's cheaper. You can always overclock yourself.

I'd get an ordinary 7970, bag the games, OC to 1000MHz or more, and be a happy soldier.
