R9 280x 3gb vs R9 380 4gb vs R9 270x 4gb

So I was on Craigslist and I saw a R9 380 oc, R9 280x, and a R9 270x for $100 and I was wondering what card would be the best choice for the long run/ for gaming?

380 since you mentioned it's the 4gb model, will have the best overall benchmarks.

280x will have a little bit better benchmarks than 380. But the 4 gb of vram in 380 will be useful in some games. So I would go with 380 from this 3.
