r9 280x 75 temp is safe while gaming?

my gpu - sapphire r9 280x tri-x oc(uefi)
i am getting <75 (70-74)while playing game
is it safe to go up with that temp or something is wrong
{my cpu tems is around 40-45 .(i5 4690k) is that safe}

Fully loaded, that's a good temperature. 80C is the worry threshold.

Yes, that is fine, I adjusted my fan curves just because, plus i use nice headphones, and do not really care about the fan noise if it keeps my parts cool. I get max temps on the top card maxing out at like 65, and bottom card at 50

You can go forever at these temperatures.
