Can an R9 280X run Eyefinity on three monitors on medium/low setting above 30 fps?

on that resoltion it should be able to amusing you have a decent cpu

same as Legokill said. On an Intel 4770k, single R9280X and Eyefinity (graphics set to High with no SSAA) I was doing 30-45 FPS in Battlefield 4.

So, yes if you have a decent CPU.
