R9 280x mini DisplayPort stopped working?

Displayport on my monitor works fine right now, I have checked on another card;

Sapphire R9 280x Toxic was previously working, mini display port -> adapter -> display port in my monitor. Now, neither of the display ports will work, the monitor does not detect it. Any way I can get back to 2560x1600 resolution?

bump... card's mini display ports won't work, maybe because of the adapter, but the display port on the monitor works on another card. Tried a clean reinstall of drivers w/no help

Try not to bump your thread. That is instant way to get your thread got locked by mod. Have you tried using different cable? Is it using DP is a must?
