What will you choose and why?

Does the extra 1gb Vram on the 280x makes a difference on 1080p gaming?

On 1080, no, but above that it can.

so the 2gb Vram is enough to run anything in max at that resolution? im still not sure what to buy between these two video cards. im looking for a more future proof one.

you cant really go wrong with these two cards, theyre fairly similar.

The GTX 770 is faster/ The 280x has more VRAM
The GTX 770 is cooler/ The 280x is cheaper

and so on and so on. Just go with whatever you like better, theyll both be great. And yes 2gb will be enough at 1080
