r9 280x PSU adequate enough?

I currently have a 650W Bronze PSU, with 38A on the 12V rail.

Would I need to upgrade in order to use this Graphics card that I'm considering buying?
Any help would be appreciated.

I will be purcashing a better PSU in the future, but as for now I am in need of a graphics card more for my system.

a system equipped with sapphire 280x overclocked consume 469 watt while graphic card stressed with furmark, while standart clock 280x (xfx) only consume 360 watt

So, your PSU is capable to handle even an overclocked version of 280x. you have nothing to worry.
