R9 280X, PSU req.

Hello. I want change my GPU and I dont know if my PSU can handle it.
I want upgrade to Gigabyte or Sapphire R9 280x.

PC specs.:
GPU: MSI 750Ti
CPU:Intel Core i5-4440S
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 7.2k rpm
MOBA: MSI B85M-G43
PSU: SEASONIC SSP-550RT, 550W, Gold certification
RAM: Kingston 2x4GB 1600MHz
