R9 280x Toxic

I have a question about Crysis 3 with this card. It runs pretty porly on very high settings at 1080p and 2x smaa, and I have seen ppl getting steady 60 fps with these settings. I have a fx 8320 (4.0Ghz) with 8gb of RAM, temps are all fine (cpu- 46 max at load and gpu - 67). Is something wrong maby with the driver of the card or with the card itself , or something else ?

what kind of CPU are these people running the game on?

fx 8350, i5 4690k . But I have read that Crysis 3 depends alot more on the gpu than the cpu. I mean my frames arent that low (~30-40) but thats low compared to 60 fps with the fx 8350. When I put details to high then my fps is aroung 40-60.
