take a look at a printscreen link, im having a <<watch the language please>> screen flirking in every <<watch the language please>> game and browse use, and now, when i take my case up on table i noticed that only one fan is working

It is probably faulty. Did you try contacting the seller or manufacturer?

If you want, you can try completely uninstalling your graphics drivers and then reinstalling them, but it probably won't fix this if a fan won't spin.

First, the picture is just a pic of a game, so I don't a screen flickering in a static screen shot.

Next, don't swear. It's not need and I'll just delete it if you continue.

If you're getting that in all games and browser, than the card is probably overheating and with only 1 fan working, that makes sense.
