guys i just received my r9 280x vapor x today .. it's a fantastic card but it is confusing that any game i open the card fan gets louder , temp at 60+ degrees and card activity is 99% on amd catalyst software , is that normal ??
and also i've downloaded 13.11 driver , but i can't download 13.11 beta 8 driver , says cannot be downloaded due to incompatible hardware/software on your computer

cooler master ex2 725 , GA H77 D3H , i7 3770 , 16 gb of ram
