r9 290 artifacts

[Satans yin and yang]

for the past few months i have been getting a few black squares on my far left monitor they only show up once a day or can be gone for 3-4 days it has never affected gaming and i can get rid of them by clicking on something or dragging something. im only asking because i want to sell the card.
also im running 4 monitors 1 off my motherboard and 3 off my gpu and the artifacts only happen on the far left so could this be a windows issue or a gpu issue.

z87x oc force card in 1st pci slot orange one
cx 750m
14.3 catalyst
and the case is a raven rv02 with all fans on max and the gpu is on a stock cooler
