R9 290 black screen

So..i have r9 290 water cooled gpu,i bought it used,and i noticed that if i stress it it,i will get black screen and crash..I have tried allmost everything that i read from internet inc: lowering clock speed+memory speed(works) but has huge peformance hit,tried flash it to newer bios(didint work)and all so i tried to delete all amd related things expect drivers (didint work) So if someone could help me i would be thankfull.

So my max temp in heavy load is like 78c./and my psu is corsair cx 650M

Well the temps are still on the higher scale considering its being watercooled but still should not cause an issue. The psu should be sufficient enough-whats the rest of your system like?
Is the card being cooled by a full water block or a bracket with an AIO? How are the VRM temperatures?

Its aio,i have to test out the vrm temps,when i get to back home from work

So i had 2vrm temp in gpuz..the first one was at 82c and second was at 62c when i black screened..when i was idle first was 35c and second 46c.

Rest of my system is ryzen 1600 with b350 mate pro mobo 8gb (3200mhz) ram + i have 2 screens atm

So if anyone have any info that could help with these blackscreen crashes feel free to help ,cause otherwise im done with this gpu.
