Among all the R9 290s, which manufacture should I be purchasing?

I'm think Asus, Msi, Sapphire or XFX.
Gigabyte don't look that attractive, so NO. But it has good cooling.

Prices are in CAD; ON SALE now. The price don't really matter, please help me pick the best one.

Sapphire is the name to beat in AMD cards, specifically their Tri-x and Toxic lineups.
MSI is a fairly close second, just not quite the same quality and service as sapphire.

ASUS has had some issues with vrm temps on the R9 series.
XFX is more budget oriented, they tend to have some noise and thermal issues on occasion.

Sapphire typically has the best build quality, the best cooling potential (MSI is close here), good factory OC speeds, and customer service.
