R9 290 fits a micro atx motherboard?

Hello im new at Pc gaming and just begin buying components. I got a R9 290 SAPPHIRE VAPOR X

and wanted to know if this gpu will fit a micro atx motherboard.
Also can you tell me if i did good buying this card (i can still cancel the order)

Well, the motherboard should have a PCIe slot. Which motherboard do you have? Also, whether the card will fit or not depends on the case you are using. It will be helpful if you could tell which case it is.

Im still going to buy a motherboard i was thinking about the MSI B85-G43 GAMING or some other cheaper Micro ATX. I don't know the case model because a friend give it to me but is HUGE so i doubt it will be a problem.

But regardless, it should accept an R9 290.
I can see that you don't have the case model. But could you tell the dimensions? And the manufacturer, if there is some logo somewhere?

I dont have the case with me right now, ill put the dimensions when i get home.
But my question is , if i try and save money and buy a micro ATX motherboard will the r9 290 would fit? or it depends on which Micro atx.
