My HIS R9 290 heats up a lot (Even 92 Celcius under load). It is placed in Antec NX200 with no front grill.
It makes weird noise under load and its fan doesn't go higher than 1065rpm. What should I do?

Hello, you can download MSI Afterburner and manually control the fans via Fan Speed (just click on auto it becomes greyed out, drag manually the slider to 100% and press the ticked icon to apply).
If the fans does not ramp up at all, I would suggest you to look for replacement parts of your fans and also looking into cleaning of your GPU and repasting.

That worked, fan did ramp up.
But it still makes that noise when I start OpenGL benchmark in Cinebench and keeps making it till the test is over.
