R9 290 multiscreen setup

Hi there,

I have a nice machine running 2 R9 290's and it is working great for 5 of my 6 displays but for some reason it refuses to output to the 6th display... All the displays are the same and all have DVI connectors on them.

I currently have them setup to use both DVI ports on each card and the HDMI port on both cards. 5 of the displays work fine but the 6th just never comes on. I have tried using the display port to output to the 6th monitor but that doesn't work either and last time I tried it all the displays went black until I unplugged it...

This is quite frustrating as I have these 6 screens setup but a blank one sitting there being used to hold post it notes at the moment! haha

I have tried using display port cables, HDMI cables and DVI cables in various different combinations but can still only get 5 screens to work instead of 6... Surely a card with 4 outputs should be able to output to 4 screens and having two of them running I should in theory be able to have 8 screens! I only want 6! haha
