Yes it should be fine. Unless you have like 15 hard drives or something out of the ordinary.

It has 50 12v amps, meaning it's 600w continuous, so that's good.

It depends on the rest of your hardware. On an i5 I would say it's enough, on an FX9590 no way.

As long as you don't have a really high wattage CPU you'll be fine

Eh, technically most Rosewills are mediocore. Only the Capstone, Tachyon, and Lightning series really stand out (the ones made by Superflower). Gold is fine, not a huge deal. And honestly I prefer more than 1 rail once you get beyond a certain amount of power, I find it's much safer for the components.
