Question R9 290 "radeon wattman settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure"

Hello all
After successfully installing the latest drivers about a week and half ago, the driver error "radeon wattman settings have been restored due to an unexpected system failure" started to show. It freeze my PC for a couple seconds and then works as usual. It happens more often while watching videos or trying to play a game. Any ideas will be appreciated.

Antec VP550
Win 10 pro (fully updated)
I7-4770k

Software version 19.2.1 Adrenalin 2019

***updating, I have reseted the settings and it's working for now.

...but it still freezes for some seconds when watching a movie in full screen, like "lagging". It has the same symptoms as "radeon wattman error" , and I must minimize the window/ media player. It didn't happen with my GTX 660 so it's probably the graphic card, any idea?
