R9 290 slow

hello my r9 290 is very slow,will be motherboard?
motherboard:n68c m3(2.0 GT/s HyperTransport)
cpu😛henon x6 1055t
power suply:hcg 520w

sounds like a driver issue.

grab latest catalyst beta drivers and driver fusion and ccleaner.

uninstall all catalyst drivers and dont restart when prompted.
run driver fusion and use the catalyst driver cleaner then restart when prompted.
on restart run ccleaner file cleaner then the registry cleaner multiple times till it finds no errors.
install catalyst display driver as custom and only install the display driver and hdmi driver.

YOUR CPU IS SLOW..................

It's a cpu bottleneck. That psu probably needs to be replaced. We also don't know how much RAM you have, you might need more.
