[SOLVED] R9 290 Vapor-X 4GB only one fan spins

Hi , i just got this gpu and only middle fan spins , and when i put them on 100% they still dont spin , i know about the feature in this gpu with on board switch that you can on/off between fan mode but it doesnt do anything , i dont have uefi bios so that might be an issue because otherwise i would be able to change it manually in bios , Is it possible that previous owner set the fans to be spinning after some temperature and because i dont have uefi i cant change it but it stayed in Gpu bios ? If so is it possible to somehow change it to all 3 fans spinning , thanks

If you use msi afterburner and crank them up to %?
If its above 70% when they start to spin they are toast.

Fyi giving little info makes you suck.

So, they don't function at all, but they aren't dead... ok. Got it. Maybe they are unplugged then.
