R9 290 vs 770?

I was just wondering if I should build something like this with a 770 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/3EGUC
Or get a cheaper mobo and psu and get the r9 290? If I get the r9 I won't have the hardware to upgrade but I will have a more powerful gpu.

If I was you I would keep the 770, and do not get a cheaper PSU, the PSU you have is a budget psu already.

Get a R9 290.
It's on par or even better than the gtx 780 and the gtx 780 is better than tge gtx 770 obviusly
Plus the r9 290 has a higher memory bandwidth than the gtx 770 and the 780 plus it has a 512bit bus and 4gb of GDDR5 vram.
I suggest you to get the PowerColor R9 290 PCS+.
It haa very good temps, even better than the tri-x version.
The powercolor r9 290 maxxes out at 68 dagrees celsius in Furmark.
