So I was wondering which of these cards will give me most performance. I already got two R9 290, but I was wondering if a R9 290 watercooled can perform almost as good as a gtx 780 ti?

True, but how many % are we talking about here? And is there any benchmarks out there who got a watercooled r9 290 or r9 290x?

I would bet you get at least 50% more performance with CF 290s than you do with a single 780ti. Watercooling will let you overclock a little higher helping performance, but the big thing is it will help with keeping temperatures down (so they don't throttle) and also noise.

Something you may want to check out if you don't already have a water cooling loop setup and you have room in your case is NZXT's new Kracken GPU bracket. It let's you attach asetek-style CPU coolers to your GPU.

Wow, only 30 dollars. I was maybe going to buy Arctic accelero xtreme iii, but there is only 3-4 cm room between my graphic cards. Would they fit?

Yes. I did some reading on it last weekend and it's pretty slick.

edit: I think it takes up a little more than 2 PCI slots as long as the water block isn't huge. The big thing is having space for the radiators.
