[SOLVED] R9 290x i think it died or maybe not?

I was playing red dead 2 when suddenly the screen just froze(grayish color) then when i restarted my rig, it won't boot anymore no bios no nothing, but my gpu still functions normally all fans are spinning even the LED is on, ive checked for blasted capacitors and nothing seems to be broken, the rig just turns on without output, also i'm using a 750watts corsair gold and z97 msi mobo, i tried a different gpu and it worked (gtx 1050) so does that mean my r9 x is dead? or is it? Any help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

If another GPU is working then its dead.

Edit: Did you plug the PCIE power cables correctly? If yes then its dead.
