R9 290x or 970 or 980?

Which one of these graphics cards will work on my computer? I have an Alienware x51 r2 with the 330w. Im fixing to lease to own one of these cards but I don't know which one will work. If anyone knows can ya'll help me please.

None of the above, the psu is too small. The fastest card dell ships with that system is the 960.

Yikes. At those prices I am tempted to buy a GPU and you could pay me. ha. The EVGA 980 is $65*12= $780 plus tax? If you out right buy it it would be $550. That's a lot of extra money to pay. My advice, wait until you have the money to afford it or don't buy it. This is an important lesson for life.

And yes the PSU is too weak. You must upgrade it. Also, gotta get a new case. It only supports small GPUs.

I have talked with alienware and they said that the pny version of the 970 will work so I was guessing the 970s would work. I am still going to try it since I can return it and I will let yall know. Thanks for the fast replies. But if they dont work is the 960 still good for modern games. Like Advanced Warfare GTA V max on 1080p etc.

GTA V is a very GPU demanding game. I'd try to get a 970 if you want great settings for 1080p gaming.
