I would like to buy a normal fan for the radiator of an R9 295x2 video card. Which do you think would be the better choice?

Akasa Viper 120mm

or

Corsair SP120 (Not RBG)

Solution
You should be using static pressured fans. if the header for the fan that comes out of the cooling assembly is 4pin, look for a PWM fan, as opposed to a 3pin fan. Cosrair's SP fans tend to develop a rattle. If you can look for Swiftech helix fans or EKWB's Vardar fans. You could also look for high static pressure fans from Noctua.

Akasa Viper 120mm is not recommended either?
