R9 380 4gb vs gtx 960 2gb Unity and Gaming

Hi all, I just wanted to know your opinions. The MSI r9 380 2gb? or the MSI gtx 960 2gb. I will be using Unity 5, and gaming on games such as Black ops 3 where quality doesn't really matter. The thing i'm most concerned about though is Unity performance.

380 is slightly better, but 960 is less power hungry. Whatever you choose you will not make mistake just go with 4 gb version. I own 380 and all I can say it is an excellent card in its class.

Can I ask waht performance you get in harder to run games such as GTA V or Far Cry 4?
