R9 380 Crossfire

HI, im planning to buy a new r9 380 and crossfire them. I already have a xfx r9 380 4gb. My question is, can i crossfire a xfx 4gb r9 380 and a 2gb asus r9 380. I can also buy an another 4gb r9 380 but it wont make any difference because of at the crossfire setups vrams doesnt increase as i know (4gb xfx r9 380+ 2gb r9 380= 4gb r9 380 cf). My psu is enough for handling two r9 380s and my motherboard support cf. Thank you

With Crossfire, the lowest value is always applied. This goes for VRAM, core clock and memory clock. A 4GB card can scale down to 2GB, but a 2GB card can't upscale to 4GB.

Oh it has been good that i learned this. I thought if i put the 4gb card to first pci x16 slot and then i put the second 2gb asus card to another pci slot then it will be count as 4gb. Thank you for information.
