When I watch videos my screen goes green with a strange noise. It happens mostly when watching hulu after after an hour but it also happened on youtube but less often. Also I don't think it happens when gaming. I have to reboot my pc and then my amd drivers says : default radeon wattman settings restored due to unexpected failure. I have tried reinstalling drivers but that didn't stop it. When I removed my gpu and used the intel graphics there were no more crashes. Oh and it happened before but now it's a lot more common and unbearable.
My specs :
cpu : i5-4440
8 gb rams
psu : cooler master elite v2 550 watts

You don't think it happens when gaming or does it not happen when gaming? Run a benchmark like 3Dmark or Furmark, see how the card acts. Most likely issue outside of driver issues is too much heat, failing card or failing power supply. In your case, your power supply is a bit lower quality. http://www.jonnyguru.com/modules.php?name=NDReviews&op=Story6&reid=386 For a gaming setup you want a PSU with better ratings. This one is better for a decent price https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16817139148
