R9 380 not performing as it used to.

So Ive had my r9 380 2gb for about 3 months now it performed well got me 60 fps on borderlands and about mid 50s in fallout 4, now i get mid 20s fps in fallout 4 mid 20s fps in borderlands and in all my other games its performance dropped for some reason, I opened up my HWmoniter and ran my games to see how much the gpu load was, it jumped from 0 to 100 percent randomly and that was all it did, when i previously ran games temperatures would get up to about 83 degrees C maximum, now the maximum temperature is 52 degrees C when im playing games, anybody have any idea whats going on?

btw i have an i5-4460 so i dont think there is bottlenecking problems.

Have you changed any components since you installed the card? Or have you installed any software/drivers recently?

its something related to drivers recomend roll back to previous drivers and check if in crimson is not enabled economic settings or vsync , and maybe its psu or cpu so check it all out

No recent software installations recently im going to renstall graphic drivers to see if it helps.

honestly i just might but if the actual card is broken i wont be able to sell it for crap.
