I am going to be building a PC and I was looking for some deals to save some money and I saw a 4gb R7 370 and I was wondering what should I really get compared against the two... I want to play games like Fallout 4 when it comes and newer games and if it would be worth the extra $50 ill just save it and get it.

Also during cyber black friday... are Intel I5's probably going to be in amazing deals or is that highly unlikely... along with compatible motherboards for it. I dont know if its like a obvious yes or if its just you never know situation. And if so is it usually a well worth wait for it or is it only like a $5 save for a part? I know its probably a hard question to ask so no worries if you can't really answer it! Thank You for your time.
