Hi everybody I have 2 R9 380 crossfired. When I play games they are overheating 70 to 90 degree and I'm using MSI afterburner I make 100% fan speed but still it crashes after some time when. When I open a window[in real life] I can keep heat at 40 to 50 But I'm freezing its -1 out there so what can I do to cool it or stop crashing

What case and motherboard are you using? If you have 3 PCI-E slots try making more room between them. They need lots of air flow. What brand cards are they?
Are they overclocked? If they are, reduce or even remove the OC completely. If not, your case might have difficulty evacuating the air, so adding some fans in your case would certainly help. If it's in an enclosed space, try and move it to a more open area so the air coming out isn't going back in. Do you have backplates on them? If you don't, the 1st one is probably sending hot air directly onto the 2nd one and heating it up even more, which could cause a crash.
