R9 380 vs 380x

Hi i know r9 380x is supperior to r9 380 but does it justify price difference? Also will it bottle neck with my i5 6600k if i dont oc cpu?

No will not bottleneck.

380X is more powerful and i recommend you get the 380X for the difference.
Has more Floating point, pixel rate and shader units. Is more faster than the 380.
