Iam currently using a Asus Geforce GTX 780 Directuii and there is a Asus Strix R9 380 for a cheap price. Is it worth? Do i gain more performance? How many % would you say i would gain?

Currently: Asus Geforce GTX 780 Directuii 3GB
Should i buy?: Asus Strix R9 380 4GB

The 380 is one tier lower performing than the GTX780. Basically, Go with whichever one performs better with the games YOU play.
