r9 380x issue

hello! I have a gigabyte radeon r9 380x. I want to report that i encounter a strange problem. My graphics card seems to crash random, while the rest of the system works in the background(blackscreen).
EDIT: I used the warranty to replace it, but i was told that the card works just fine.
Any ideas? The problem can be caused by the motherboard(the pci express slot could be faulty)??.
CPU: intel core i5 6500
RAM: 8GB
PSU: superflower 500W 80+
MOBO: MSI H110M PRO VD
EDIT: I used the card again one more time since i got it back. Now i have another problem. The pc restarts by itself after the crash. I am currently using the integrated graphics and the issue disappeared.

The 3xx cards are essentially factory OC'd to within an inch of their lives.
Get ATI Afterburner and drop the core clock ~50Mhz and see what happens.

Do you have another pc? Or a friend maybe? Cuz the issue maybe due to limited power from ur psu to power the gpu. If your friend has a better psu, you can test it in that.
On the other hand, like the guy above said, underclocking will reduce the power usage and that may help it with ur psu.

i reinstalled the driver and i dont think i cant underclock it(the core clock is by default at 0 mhz)

EDIT: in amd wattman, i can underclock the card to a maximum of 30mhz
