R9 380X overclock question

for a PowerColor R9 380X PCS+ Myst.Edition is a overclock of Core Clock 1080 Memory Clock 1500 going to lower the GPU's life expectancy??

Not really except when you're overvolting the card
And 1080 Memory Clock isnt that high either so there's no reason to worry

Okay what would be a good OC? I usually play MMORPG's and shooters. I want Witcher though.

Well you cant define what a good OC is other than one who's stable
I would just keep this OC so you dont run into any problems

Thats what i was thinking, but i can also get like a 1150 OC i bet.

If you want to, you can try it if you have a efficent PSU and adequate cooling
But increasing the voltage to achieve a higher clock speed can affect the gpu's lifespan

I have a EVGA 650 P2 so it will work but what holds me back is the cra**y Stock fans/heatsink.

Then I'd recommend you to get an aftermarket cooler for your gpu such as an Arctic Accelero Xtreme or an NZXT Kraken with a x41
