Question R9 380X Performance

My r9 380X performs like crap, like below 90 FPS in Rainbow six with lowest settings and 1280x1024 resolution. Usually below 200 FPS in CSGO at low settings and same resolution, just absolutely bad stuff. But, it says that my i3 4160 should not bottleneck, and my PSU is 700W Fatality gaming, so the issue must be my Graphics card I assume, any help would be appreciated.

What are your other PC specs ? I think that i3 4160 would definitely bottleneck the R9 380X GPU, no ? It's a DUAL CORE CPU though. And that too you are playing on 1280x1024 resolution in which most of the games become CPU-bound, if not all. What are your other PC specs ?

Which PSU are you having. FYI, CSGO is mostly a CPU-intensive game (based on SOURCE ENGINE).

I benchmarked my computer, and it says my GPU is performing fine, but my CPU is performing way worse than what is expected, any fix ideas?

Graphics: R9 380X Power Color Myst Edition
CPU: i3 4160 (3.6 GHz) 2 Cores 4 Threads
