R9 390 8GB Asus Strix cleaning?

Hello guys i have a r9 390 8gb asus and i see that there is a lot of junks in the gpu. What should I do? It sounds also very loud and it’s over the highest temperature ( over 90c). Never done that before and don’t know what to do. Can I remove it without any comp- air? Is it safe to open my gpu? What will I need to close the thing after?? Thermal paste and also thermal pads? Are thermal pads needed?

Could you take a picture off the gpu where junk is or you can try an small brush and see if that gets some junks removed but if you start to take gpu apart could avoid your warranty!
