Specs: CPU:i5 4690k
GPU: R9 390
PSU: cx750m
MOBO: maximus vii hero

My computer was running fine before. But today when i was playing CS:GO my PC black screened then it just stayed on so i restarted my computer after that it started giving me BSOD. SO i uninstalled my Windows 7 to windows 10 then booted my PC. Same thing happens after that i get to Starting Windows logo and after that nothing. When i ran with safe mode on my windows 7 when the crash happened. It said that AMDA00 in my device manager had little yellow exclamation mark next to it. I tried uninstalling the drivers and installed it again. It did not work. I'm guessing My GPU is fried or something going to return it since i got warranty on it. But im thinking now that could it be my PSU? but i search the same rig on youtube people benchmark games just fine. I just spent 320 on the R9 390 so i do not want to drop another 120 for a PSU.

P.S i changed to my previous R9 270x card and now im running just fine Windows 10 recognized my card right away and installed the drivers. But i WANT MY R9 390 8gb powerhouse!!! :( im like about to give up on upgrading my PC ever.

Do you remember what the BSOD said? Could you take a picture of the error code?

Yeah sorry for the wait. But i think that certain graphic card was bad i got mine working fine now with the new one. I gotta say it's much better on windows 10. Windows 10 identified the drivers faster and cleaner than windows 7. I have an advice for people which is use DDU when you get a new graphics card.
