R9 390 doesn't fit right

Hi!
I've bought a new motherboard, and when I'm about to connect the video card to the PCI-E X3 slot, it gets in the RAM's way. What should I do? The R9 390 doesn't fit right!

I bet a itx board -- a guy and I were looking at that how the latches for the memory were passed the card /slot and I guess it has to go in first so the memory latches are ''up'' and locked then the card ''may'' fit

other thing is what he means by ''PCI-E X3 slot'' on a standard ATX form factor full or micro the slots for the vid card aint no where near the memory or there slots??
