R9 390 FPS issue

Just overhauled my pc and in every game i play im getting absolutely horrible fps any solutions?

Download GPU-Z and/or MSI Afterburner and use either of them to verify that the GPU and memory are running at full speed. If they are then I have a couple of questions:

1) What were you using before the R9 390?

2) Did you remove the display driver completely before installing the drivers for your new GPU?

3) What's the resolution of your monitor?

4) Mention some of the games you used to test the new card

uninstall your gpu drivers, run a driver cleaner, then reinstall drivers think the beta one is crimson 16.2 atm.

i did not clear old drivers i ran an xfx radeon 7770 before this and also a nvidia gtx 770 so ill clear thoes out and get back to you guys in a few

Also the power supply may be a tad small for an R9-390 and an overclocked system.

i have tested with csgo it jumps around between 80 and 100 maxed out when i was getting nearly 200 with the gtx 770

i also tested it with the new hit man beta its hovering between 55 and 65.
1920x1080 monitor

MSI after burner is saying that my gpu memory is maxed out..... it has 8 gigs vram...

i downloaded ddu earlier today to try to delete my drivers but all i got was files no program

Hmm, are you sure your computer isn't infected with malware? Missing exectuables is a common sign of malicious programs trying to protect themselves from helpful AV and Anti-malware tools.

its not completely impossible could you recommend a program to check?

Driver issue is likely... Scan your PC with Hitman pro.

i5 4670k

I don't think it's a hardware issue as long as the card is fully stable, running at its default frequency and as long as temperatures are staying within expected range.
