R9 390 Performance issues across all games and benchmarks

Hey there
Ever since I bought my R9 390, I have had trouble. The card started off fine, but after upgrading drivers once, the performance has never been good enough consistently. I have tried using DDU every single time I've reinstalled drivers. So far I have tried every single driver for W10 64-bit, and the performance is still horrible and inconsistent. To further add to the problem, i get RSOD in every game, benchmark or alike, using the new Crimson drivers - any of them. Sometimes the fans also stop spinning out of nowhere (even at 70 C), and won't turn back on unless i restart the system. The problem is so extreme that I can't even play WoW... Has anyone got any kind of idea about what might be causing this. I tried using AMD support, but I might as well have told my problems to a dog...

Example of poor performance: 810 points in Unigine Heaven, 1080p, extreme, ultra and 8x aa

CPU: Core i7-4790k @stock
RAM: 16 GB Kingston HyperX Fury @1600
PSU: Corsair RM750
Boot Drive: Kingston 120 GB SSD
HDD: 1 TB something

Sounds like something wrong with the card. If you have done all that and def have the right power cables plugged then I would return it!

I have had the opportunity to test the card on my brother's system, on which it crashed within 5 seconds of game time. I declare this card dead.
