R9 390 Powercolor PCS+ the coolest brand?

Solution
The sapphire card typically runs moderately cooler (not by much however), the main difference comes in build quality and noise levels.
The PCS+ typically runs louder than the sapphire models do, and sapphire has some of the best quality in the business. Their support is also top tier.
the temperatures will depend on how fast the fans spin; the faster they spin, the more noise they make/cooler cards run. You can crank up fans or lower the speed on any card manually using MSI Afterburner

yeah I know that but its not all about setting the fan speed there are also differences in airflow that fans can deliver and numbers of fans. and that also depends on how the fans are made I think. Also in this video I linked you can see at 8:44 the temp of XFX DD and compare it to PCS+ now go to 8:59 you can see that XFX DD did had higher fan speed and it ran hotter than PCS+ with lower speed of fans.Thats probably beacuse its 3vs2 fans?IDK.

Sapphire and Powercolor and any other brands that are only making AMD cards are the best of AMD cards I think :)

yes, I read that Powercolor is a really nice card, but noisy on stock settings. If you manually adjust the fan speed down on Powercolor, then the noise is good but temperatures climb from 72C to 82C under max load.

yeah... I don't know I cannot decide between Sapphire nitro or PCS+ :/
