R9 390 R9 Nano & GTX 980 are on sale. Fury = 390x price.

I see numerous threads looking at the 390/390X/970/980... Might as well help them get the best bang for their buck... Not to mention s higher end card sells better if the next gen is worth it.

Not really an option for me I'd like to play games this month. So I tried the 390, 390x and now the Nano & Fury have lowered so much in cost... got to send the 390x back and get the Fury.

Don't feel bad I did the same thing, haha it's a great deal.

How long before that is?

Some time in the next 3 months the 1050$ AMD card will launch then the 650$ one will launch and sometime at the end of 2016 the fury/390x range will launch. That's how it generally works. They want the big sales first.

GTX 1080 will be announced at GTC in April, Maybe released in May

I bought an Sapphire Nitro R9 390 2 weeks ago... It is now giving me black screen and not responding to any signals to monitors. I think i am going to return that and get the R9 Fury... HOPEFULLY the R9 Fury doesn't mess up too. This will be the last chance I give AMD based cards seriously! Nvidia hasn't been a problem but I tend to keep giving AMD a chance

That's strange only time I have an issue is when I'm trying to push my card to hard. AMD's aren't very OC friendly.

I had no need to push it. That thing was handling 1440 fine to my liking. It just died on me. I ordered from Jet.com... i am going to dread working with them to get a refund or RMA

You shouldn't it was easy as fk for me, I contacted them, told them the problem, they set me up for a free return... done. Also if it was your first purchase and you used the 15% off code once they receive the items they will re-give you access to the 15% off code.

Really? what was your problem that you had ? What was the situation?

I got 2 390's one was fine, one seemed to have artifacts with even slight slightest OC, I contacted them to send the one back but bought them to work together so told them that kind of breaks the deal, the gave me a free return shipping label and I sent it back.

I explained the entire situation on why I didn't trust the card and thought it wasn't working right, the customer service rep offered me a return. It was a guy who knew what cross firing was so no I didn't get one over on anyone.
