R9 390 vs. Crossfire 380

Hello All,
I need to upgrade my graphics card soon, and my objective is to not upgrade my gpu again until i am out of college, or almost out, so about 5 years, but I am fine with 30 fps when it is near the end of its life. So which would last me longer: a single r9 390, or crossfire r9 380s. And does my cpu, the FX 6300 support crossfire?

Two 380s would give you more performance, but way more problems too. Always choose the better single gpu when possible. The FX6300 supports crossfire, but would bottleneck any such setup.

I wouldn't get crossfire 380s, get 390. The motherboard and psu has a say in crossifre compatibility not processor.

get the r9 390...but if you want a gpu that will last that long get an r9 390x for about 80$ more than the r9 390. But only if you have a psu that can supply it
