R9 390 Whoping GPU usage, help please.

Hello,

Ok i brough a new MSI R9 390 and can you guys tell me why GPU usage goes crazy like this, on games its like 0 to 100%.

Playing black desert online for ex, every 5 secs it drops to 0% then goes 100%

This is the image from Afterburner, not even playing.

Afterburner is not a perfect, real time measurment tool. If your FPS is not dipping, don't worry. It appears to just fire up from time to time while gaming because it's overpowered for what you're palying.
