Question R9 5950X & X570-E STRIX liquid cooling system resets

Hello, I recently upgraded from a 3700X processor to a 5950X and an Arctic 360 mm liquid cooler.
Motherboard: ASUS X570-E STRIX gaming.
RAM: 2x16 GB 3600 MHz Corsair Vengeance DDR4.

When I first installed the system, the temperatures could reach 90 degrees. I also undervolted from the BIOS. (I gave the CPU Core Voltage an offset of -0.075). I gave the Curve Optimizer a value of -20 to all cores and the temperatures reached a maximum of 84 degrees and the computer could work under load for 10-12 hours. But the problem is, sometimes the computer gives a blue screen, sometimes the screen goes completely black and restarts. I'm sure this is not due to the temperature, but maybe the voltage is insufficient. But another interesting point is; this has never happened under load so far. It usually happened when the system was idle. In other words, the voltage drawn by the processor when idle may not be enough or it's something I don't know about.

As I said, sometimes it works for 10-12 hours without any problems and then it happens all of a sudden, sometimes it works for 2 hours and then it happens all of a sudden.
In the Windows event viewer, it is shown as "Kernel Power" with event ID 41 at "important" level, but I guess the details are not visible because all the details are "0".

DOCP is on in BIOS (I think it is something like XMP) and my RAMs are working at 3600 MHz and drawing 1.35v voltage, I did not make any changes to the voltage.

Welcome to the forums, newcomer!

Motherboard: ASUS X570-E STRIX gaming.
What BIOS version are you on for your motherboard?

Arctic 360 mm liquid cooler.
How old is your AIO? How is the AIO mounted in your case?

sometimes the screen goes completely black and restarts.
Make and model of your PSU and it's age? What is the make an model of your discrete GPU?

Moved thread from CPU's section to Systems section

Thank you!

1) BIOS: ROG STRIX X570-E GAMING BIOS 5013

2) I just bought my new liquid cooler, it's only been 2 weeks. I mounted it on top of the case. My case is Thermaltake S500TG. There are 3x14 cm fans in the front of my case that provide air to the inside.

3) PSU: CORSAIR RM750x 750W 80+ Gold, I just bought it at 2020-03-28

4) Graphic card: MSI RTX 2070 Super

Thank you again for your quick response!

This did not happen while playing games or doing benchmarks, that is, under load, and it can work without any problems for hours. In this case, can we say that there is no problem with the psu? Additionally, when I asked a friend of mine, he said that he had a similar problem and that the problem was solved when he disabled the docp profile in the bios, what do you think it could be?

If you are setting Curve Optimizer, leave voltages on auto, when combined, voltage may drop too much during transition from high to low loads.
If you suspect RAM, run several checks for at least an hour or overnight, Use OCCT for instance.
