R9 Fury X2 vs R9 395X2 differences?

no. one is a dual gpu hawaii chip and the other is a single gpu figi chip. the dual hawaii part is considerably faster.

Yeah the 390 series is just the 290 series, the fury series is a new architecture that uses HMB and by far better

395x is not likely. The only dual GPU card announced is the Fiji XT X2
