R9 Nano in 1360x760 Display Resolustion???

I saw the reviews AMD Radeon R9 debate.com Nano on gaming sites, and I see R9 Nano scored 10 in a resolution of 1360x768, which would be my question if R9 Nano will cause a lot of trouble on the monitor with a resolution of 1360x760 ??? such problems Screen Tearing , stuttering etc.

If you use vsync you won't have tearing, but using an r9 nano for 760p is an overkill. Even the r9 380 can run EVERYTHING on 760p
