R9 R90X restarts my PC

Hello, I've been having some issues with my 390X ever since it was bought. Whenever I play a game it straight up restarts my PC. It cannot be my CPU since I upgraded my cooler and running the same games with my onboard graphics has caused me no issues. I have fully updated my drivers for my R9 390X and people have reported issues with it restarting their PC with the solution being just running it on Windows 7, which I am already running. I have read some stuff about the fans automatically shutting off to not draw power when not under a heavy load in my box so can there be a default setting or malfunction with that?

I have a Sapphire Tri-X R9 390x and never had that problem. Try downloading Sapphire Trixx and create your own fan curve and see if that works.
